Fundraising Update. To date in 2018, your causes have raised $102MM to feed the hungry, educate youth, find cures and improve our communities. A collective congrats to each and every one of you!

Twice a year we ask customers for comprehensive feedback, via our
Voice of the Customer program.
In the Fall, 323 customers participated in our MirrorWave survey.
The input helps us identify updates to power your fundraising. Based on your feedback, we are working to enhance:
- Earlier introduction to our team; including a welcome call with the Client Success Manager and OneCause Consultant
- New Online Training offerings, including OneCause University
- Improved Integrations: Raiser’s Edge and “Importacular”
- Other enhancements: new payment processing option, reporting format updates, Live Auction/Donation Spotter Tool, Giving Center customization templates, and streamlined log-in for guests
