Nikki DeFalco is the Director of Partner Success at OneCause, where she has spent nearly five years supporting national nonprofit organizations and OneCause Certified Partners, collaborating closely to bring strategic support, data insights, and best-in-class tools to nonprofit teams across the country. Before joining OneCause, Nikki spent 15 years at Breakthrough T1D (formerly JDRF), leading fundraising and development at the national, regional, and local levels. Her background includes major gifts, signature events, and donor engagement strategy. Whether she is consulting on campaign strategy or building partner relationships, she is driven by one goal: helping nonprofits elevate their missions.
