Can you believe 2018 is coming to a close?
We have many fundraising milestones to celebrate with you all. 2018 has been a year of growth for fundraising, our company, and our nonprofit customers.
#GivingTuesday raised a record-shattering $380M, fueled by more than 3.6M online donations. A testament to the power of movements and technology to activate donors.
Here at OneCause, we end the year on a high note, too. Success, for us, is measured in the proceeds we help raise. This year totals rose to more than $440M and there are still days left for year-end giving. Truly a year for good!
We are already making a mark on 2019. It will be the year of the Social Donor – a new segment of givers making a big impact. This group totals 25% of the US adult giving population – and guess what, they are motivated by very different behaviors.
Stay tuned as we uncover what makes them tick, and how nonprofits can tap into new emerging trends. Here’s to 2019, and a new world of giving!
