A More Flexible Approach to Ticketing

When we designed the OneCause Fundraising Platform, we listened to over a decade of customer feedback. The result? The most flexible ticketing system available today.

• Ticket Types. Build entire experiences depending on the Ticket Type. For example, guests who purchase an in-person ticket can enjoy an entirely unique experience compared to those who purchase a virtual ticket.

• Ticket Options. You no longer need to create Ticket Options as fixed-price items. Now, for each Ticket Type, you can specify open response, single-select (e.g., meal choice), or multi-select options, and set start and end dates for each.

• Ticket Add-Ons. Add-ons can now be associated with the purchase of a specific Ticket Type. You have the flexibility to generate additional revenue by selling these fixed price items:
  • as an add-on in the ticket purchase process,
  • on your event site before or at your event, or
  • at check-in with the help of a volunteer.

Plus, the platform gives you a bird’s eye view of all ticket types, options, and promo codes in one place. Talk about flexibility!

3. Sponsors & Sponsorships

If you’re using our mobile bidding software, you currently use ticket packages to set up sponsorships that include tickets. And for sponsorships that do not include tickets, you had to set it up as a fixed price item. You’re going to love how we now do sponsorships in the platform.

The OneCause Fundraising Platform simplifies sponsor management to save time and reduce complexity. Here’s how:

• Separate Sponsors from Ticketing. Sponsorships are built, tracked, and reported separately from ticketing in the OneCause Fundraising platform. This means you can create sponsorships with or without tickets. In the purchase process, corporate partners can add tickets to a sponsorship commitment – or add a sponsorship to a ticket purchase. It’s that easy.

• Sell Sponsorships Online. You can create a page to promote and sell sponsorship packages on your event site. Configure everything from the package title and description to contact info, and set up different logo display sizes for each of your sponsorship levels.

• Remove Payment Friction. No external invoicing system needed! Now, sponsors can commit to a sponsorship level and receive a detailed invoice, which can easily be paid by electronic check (ACH). You can even text a link for convenient payment.

• Leverage Sponsor Reporting. Beyond a real-time sponsor analytics dashboard and reports to track commitments and payments, the platform offers reporting that proves a sponsor’s return on their investment (ROI), quantifying logo impressions and click throughs.
