OneCause Wins Gold Stevie® Award for Contact Center of the Year

March 11, 2020 — INDIANAPOLIS – For the third consecutive year, OneCause, a leader in online and event fundraising software, was recognized for its achievements in Customer Service and Support at the 14th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service. OneCause was presented with a Gold Stevie® Award for Contact Center of the Year (Up to 100 Seats) – Technology Industries and a Silver Stevie® Award for Front-Line Customer Service team of the Year – Technology Industries.

More than 2,600 nominations from organizations in 48 nations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were evaluated in this year’s competition. Stevie Award judges praised OneCause for its customer-centric approach, with one judge adding, “Very impressive and tactical ways to deploy innovative solutions that made an impact on a well-deserving and underserved industry.”

“We’ve made significant investments this past year to launch a new Help Center and Community Portal, cloud-based voice system, and education hub, OneCause University, to improve the customer experience and enable them to be more successful fundraisers,” said James Rischar, senior vice president of service and support for OneCause. “Our customers are feeling more prepared leading up to their fundraising events and campaigns, resulting in fewer support cases and a 64 percent increase in proceeds raised this past year.”

The awards were presented to honorees during a gala banquet on Friday, February 28 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, NV.  More than 600 executives from the U.S.A. and several other nations attended.
