Welcome to OneCause Webinars. We value the opportunity to collaborate with industry thought leaders such as yourself, leveraging the OneCause platform to showcase your expertise. Thank you for your time, attention, and participation.
We host an annual calendar of around 26 webinar events, and we have specific criteria in place for both speakers and topics. This ensures all OneCause hosted webinars are educational and relevant to our nonprofit audience.
Themes span the latest trends and pressing concerns of nonprofits, offering distinctive insights and practical strategies for our engaged audience. In the following sections, we provide a program overview, outlining the roles and responsibilities of both OneCause and the presenter. For your convenience, we’ve centralized communication, content, and promotional assets in our Webinar Hub, providing a single source for your upcoming engagement with us.
OneCause Responsibilities
- Design graphic set for lander site and social.
- Create a registration landing page.
- Apply for one (1) CFRE accreditation.
- Manage registration and attendee reminder communications.
- Host and operationalize webinar including surveys and polls (via Zoom Webinar).
- Promote the Webinar to the OneCause audience through email marketing, social media, and other relevant channels.
- Social – Web – Paid Ads – Email/Newsletter(s) – Other content
- Publish Facebook and Linked In events.
- Provide beginning/ending slides.
- Activate and share attendee questions submitted with registration.
- Share contact information from opt-in survey responders.
Presenter Responsibilities
- Provide Webinar details/slide deck as outlined in the Webinar Hub.
- Meet due dates outlined in the Webinar Hub.
- Provide expertise and content related to topic/title.
- Deliver a presentation during the agreed upon date/time.
- Promote the Webinar to existing audiences through email marketing, social media, and other relevant channels.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
The OneCause Webinar Program is dedicated to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion. We believe in providing a platform that amplifies a wide range of voices and perspectives, ensuring that our content is accessible and relevant to all members of the nonprofit community.
Compensation
OneCause, while not offering compensation for Webinar engagements, provides extensive marketing support and exposure. This often leads to valuable connections, which we share with presenters after the Webinar.
Privacy Policy
OneCause places a strong emphasis on respecting the privacy and preferences of our Webinar attendees. As such, we do not share registration reports.
Marketing Efforts
Both parties agree to collaborate on marketing efforts to maximize the reach and attendance of the Webinar.
This may include:
- Coordinating email marketing campaigns.
- Sharing promotional materials, such as banners, logos, and social media posts.
- Cross-promotion on websites and landing pages.
- Mutual endorsement of the Webinar through social media platforms.
- Collaborating on the creation of engaging content related to the Webinar.
Intellectual Property
Each party retains ownership of their respective intellectual property rights. However, both parties agree to grant each other a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use their trademarks, logos, and other promotional materials solely for the purpose of marketing and promoting the Webinar. Aditionally, excerpts, snippets, or quotes from the webinar may be used in OneCause content marketing materials and for promoting the on-demand recording. post-event.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep any confidential information shared during the course of this collaboration confidential and not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.
Term and Termination
This Agreement will remain in effect until the completion of the Webinar, unless terminated earlier by mutual agreement.
