While many studies evaluate campaign data, we’ve had little insight into the participant’s perspective and what they need to succeed. Until now!

We surveyed 1,106 Social Fundraisers who participated in at least one peer-to-peer fundraising campaign in the last 12 months to better understand:

  • Unique motivators and challenges for different types of fundraisers
  • Top factors that influence participant engagement and success
  • Preferences for follow-up communication and engagement

This study breaks down the participant experience from recruitment through fundraising and post-campaign follow-up for opportunities to improve engagement and retention.
