Amy Van Wyngarden

VP of Peer-to-Peer Client Experience, OneCause

Amy Van Wyngarden brings over 15 years of nonprofit fundraising technology experience and 14 years of high-tech experience in startups to the Fortune 500 to her role as VP of Peer-to-Peer Client Experience for OneCause. She works cross-functionality at OneCause and interacts directly with customers to inspire and enable the adoption of online and peer-to-peer fundraising. She began implementing “customer experience” in the late 90’s before “CX” was a thing.

In 2005, Amy joined Convio, where she created the company’s customer experience strategy and launched a customer advisory board, online community, and NetPromoter program. In addition, she launched the company’s first peer-to-peer fundraising benchmark report and the first guide for using peer-to-peer for more than traditional runs, walks and rides. Amy’s passion for helping nonprofits with technology combined with the determination to reinvent peer-to-peer fundraising led her to co-create the OneCause Peer-to-Peer solution (formerly Great Feats) where she managed initial product development, customer pilots, services, marketing and operations. Amy is committed to empowering nonprofits with innovative social fundraising and engagement approaches to connect people and causes.

Rich Dietz

Rich Dietz began his nonprofit career when he was the director of a mentoring organization in college. He has spent the last 20 years working both in and with a wide variety of nonprofit, political, and government organizations as well as technology companies focused on the nonprofit sector.

It is this unique background and experience – working directly in nonprofit organizations AND working on the technology side – that allows him to better understand and assist nonprofit organizations with their technology needs.

In his current role at OneCause as Director of Peer-to-Peer, he is passionate about helping nonprofits improve their online fundraising so they can make a bigger impact on the world.
