OneCause May 2017 Newsletter
It’s been an exciting month in our corporate office hometown of Indianapolis. This Sunday, Takuma Sato won the 101st Running of the Indianapolis 500, beating Helio Castroneves by .2011 of a second to become the first Japanese driver to win “The Greatest Spectacle in Racing.” Talk about a photo finish. Needless to say, Indy was alive!

We learned a lot through this feedback process and are truly grateful to our fundraising community for such a great response. More news to share on that front as we build even more innovative tools to help fundraisers.
Congratulations to the Product Survey Drawing Winner:
Melanie Pugh of St. Francis School Louisville, who won a brand-new Amazon Echo!
Whether you’re preparing for a local community fundraising day or cause related giving month, we have a number of resources to set you up for success.
Last month, OneCause partnered with TechPoint Foundation for Youth to help raise over $23,000 that will be allocated to 60 #STEM classrooms in Indiana’s most under-served schools via the EnablINg STEM Teacher Grants program.
Our partnership with TechPoint Foundation for Youth allows us to do so by supporting #STEM programs that provide resources to help develop future leaders of the Indiana tech community.
OneCause is proud to work with fundraising partners in a variety of industries throughout the U.S. In the Lone Star State, we’re fortunate to work with the Texas State University Bobcat Club, working to “help talented student-athletes receive a top-tier education while pursuing goals both on and off the field.”
Using OneCause software, the Bobcat Club saw immediate results, including a huge boost in fundraising revenue and average bids per item.
Furthermore the Bobcat Club saw additional gains by using OneCause’s robust reports as a lead generation tool. The reports enabled the Bobcat Club to “pinpoint supporters who bid on high-priced items and make sure we get in front of them to make an appeal,” Joshua Whittenburg, Assistant Athletic Director.
