Sometimes it can take from 2 to 60 days for a contribution to post. It depends on how the reporting function at the retailer is timed. As long as you are logged on to your OneCause account and/or on the OneCause toolbar, your transactions will be credited to the selected cause/school you chose to support. You may also check your clicks through “My Clicks” under “View Program & Transaction Details.” Clicks recorded on your account means that OneCause recognizes you logging on to your account (or with the OneCause Toolbar) and clicking through the merchant’s webpage. If the transaction does not appear after the six to eight weeks delay time but you have clicks registered on your account, it is more likely that the missing purchases will still receive credit after research and validation is done on OneCause's end.
