Target does not participate or acknowledge contributions on the ToolBar. But they do give a contribution to our school when you go to the Target.com website through the OneCause.com website. Even though the gray button stays gray and says No Contribution, a contribution is being made. They just don't work with the Toolbar. Hope that helps all you Target shoppers.
