About 200 people gathered October 8 at the Scottish Rite Ballroom in Collingswood, NJ for ‘Partners in Change,’ our annual event celebrating the people we serve and the people who serve them—-including staff, public and private agencies, churches, community organizations, and citizens. Originally a program of our corrections division, ‘Partners’ expanded this year to encompass the entire agency.
