Southeast Texas PAL is a community action program for at-risk youth ages 7 to 17. Our Mission is to provide mentorship programs in education, recreation, and cultural areas that provide at-risk youth with a set of social tools that will help them in our society. The programs goal to teach them to respect others and the Law.
