Since 1992, the nonprofit IMPACT! Group has provided a range of housing assistance services to the residents of Gwinnett County and northeast Georgia. Our three complimenting divisions allow a family to move from homelessness to homeownership. (1) IMPACT! Transitional Housing provides homeless families with children with affordable rental housing and intensive case management. During their time with IMPACT!, families address the causes of their homelessness and build the financial skills and healthy habits to remain independent after the program.(2) IMPACT! Real Estate purchases and renovates affordable rental housing for low and moderate income working families.(3) IMPACT! HomeOwnership Center provides homeowner and homebuyer education and foreclosure prevention counseling to residents using HUD-trained housing counselors.To learn more about The IMPACT!
