Rae of Sunshine Playcare was founded in 2006. I have been providing childcare services since I was a child myself. My babysitting services were often used by many families in my neighborhood. Children have been a passion of mine since the young age of 10. I received my Certificate in Child Development in 2001 and worked as a nanny for several years until the birth of my first child. After she was born I started dreaming of running a daycare out of my own home so that I may not only raise my own children, but also continue to positively influence other children in their growth and development as well. I was not at a point where I could do this yet, so I started working as a Preschool Teacher for a local daycare center. My dream was realized after the birth of my second child in 2006 when I started offering babysitting services out of my own home.I now offer a variety of childcare services in my home and only anticipate being able to offer more after I purchase a home year.
