Yesterday I began my training! I rode 27 miles, in 2 hours along the American River Trail. It was a lot of fun, beautiful day. I did, however, get a reminder of the importance of ELECTROLITES!! hahaha. Not even sore today, and am looking forward to my next ride...Maybe on Thursday the 17th!?
